Kor acquired, entitled, designed, and developed the former 1920s warehouses into 91 contemporary live/work lofts that feature large open floor plans, original exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and skylights.

Kor acquired the former General Petroleum building in 2001 and completed the successful conversion from a vacant office building to an award-winning loft project.
