Maison 140

Maison 140 is a 44-room boutique hotel located in Beverly Hills, CA, steps away from Rodeo Drive and L.A.’s most exclusive shopping and culinary destinations. Kor purchased the property, originally built in 1939 as the private residence of legendary actress Lillian Gish, and converted it to Maison 140 in 2001. Designed by Kelly Wearstler as a contemporary tribute to the classic Parisian inns of the last century, this unique hotel features a chic lobby and Bar Noir, an intimate cocktail lounge and venue for private events. Under Wearstler’s exacting eye, the seductive guestrooms and public spaces were renovated in 2011 in the style of the Belle époque.
