Located along Wilshire Boulevard in downtown Santa Monica, the 271-room property will feature interior design by international style icon Kelly Wearstler; multiple dining options by local culinary stars; a rooftop lounge and swimming pool; 8,000 square feet of meeting and event space; and almost 7,000 square feet of ground floor retail.


This 230,000 square feet Class A office is located in creative East Austin. The development consists of two four-story buildings and a parking garage on 3.4 acres. The project partners are Goldman Sachs and Lincoln Property Company. Construction commencement slated for early 2020 and opening Summer 2021.
