1212 S Flower Street is a 5-story 69,986 square foot office building located in downtown Los Angeles’ prime South Park district, adjacent to Staples Center, L.A. Live and the Metro MTA station. Kor purchased the vacant property in 2008 and successfully completed a strategic renovation and redesign of the office building. Kor targeted a niche group of design oriented, creative tenants, and as a result, the building was fully leased only weeks after the project’s completion. Tenants include People’s Liberation (William Rast), Hautelook.com, Syndero, and Viceroy Hotel Group.
