Broadway Hollywood

Broadway Hollywood is a sleekly sophisticated, yet decidedly old world building with 96 modern, light filled loft residences, located at the famed intersection of Hollywood and Vine. The project is an adaptive reuse of a landmark Hollywood department store built in 1929. Kor acquired the building in 2004 and managed the entitlement, design, historic rehabilitation, and sales and marketing of the high profile project. A resort-inspired rooftop terrace features a swimming pool, spa, fitness center, sun deck and lounging cabanas. Kor also curated the street level retail offerings, at the cornerstone of which sits celebrated L.A. restaurant, Katsuya.
