Sales and Marketing
Centrally located in the South Bay of Los Angeles, Veo is an award winning, vibrant, new residential community, which offers a smart selection of 48 condominiums, 89 spacious townhomes and 15 single family residences and 14,000 sqft of retail space. Kor was retained by CityView and Community Dynamics to develop a comprehensive sales & marketing program that included hiring a sales team, crafting a release strategy and putting together a communications plan that included community & broker outreach, targeted affordable home assemblies, email campaigns, advertising and events. In November 2014 Veo was successfully launched over 2 weekends with a series of events and ribbon cutting ceremony with overwhelming success seeing over 900 people come through the doors townhomes leading to the first release of townhomes being over 90% sold and the first release of condominiums being 100% reserved.
