Bradford Korzen – Chief Executive Officer
Brad Korzen is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Kor Group, a privately held real estate investment and hospitality firm that acquires, designs, develops, and manages distinct real estate projects in major U.S. markets. Mr. Korzen is also CEO and Co-Founder of Proper Hospitality, a leading hospitality firm that designs, brands, and operates high-end lifestyle hospitality experiences under its Proper, Avalon, and Hotel June brands. For the past 25 years, Mr. Korzen has successfully structured investments with an asset value over $3 billion. Kor has invested in approximately 12,000+ multi-family/condo units, 25 hotels, and 15 million square feet of mixed-use, residential, hotel, commercial office, and retail space. The firm currently manages over $1 billion in assets on behalf of its high net worth and institutional partners. The Kor Group and its affiliates encompass over 1,050 employees with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Austin. From 2000 to 2012, Mr. Korzen was CEO of Viceroy Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, a company he founded in 2000 and successfully sold in 2012. During his tenure, he built Viceroy Hotels from a single hotel into a global brand and one of the leading lifestyle design-centric hotel companies in the world, employing more than 4,500 people with 16 properties in six countries. In 2014, Mr. Korzen co-founded Proper Hospitality, his new hotel management company, recently named “Top 20 Hotel Brands Across the Globe – World’s Best Awards 2022″ by Travel + Leisure. The firm currently manages 11 luxury lifestyle hotels, resorts and residences in California and Texas. Mr. Korzen is a Chicago native and received his B.A. from the University of Illinois. He later earned a Juris Doctorate from University of Miami School of Law.

Brian De Lowe – President and Principal
As President and Co-Founder, Brian De Lowe leads corporate strategy and the conceptualization and execution of its real estate investments and developments.  Under his oversight, in the last decade, Kor has successfully created and re-positioned over $1 billion of unique and authentic real estate assets, spanning from multifamily to hospitality to office and mixed-use, and including awarding-winning development projects and other distinctive real estate projects in some of the most dynamic markets. Brian is also President and Co-Founder of Proper Hospitality. Prior to re-joining Kor, Brian was the Vice President of Business Development for Viceroy Hotel Group, where he oversaw the company’s acquisitions and business development activity in the Americas, and Development Director at Kor, leading the acquisition, development and redevelopment of real estate assets in the U.S. and Latin America. Brian is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Serge Arutti – Sr. Vice President, Finance & Operations
Serge Arutti manages the overall direction and control of all financial and administrative matters in support of the company’s strategic business objectives, including finance and accounting, tax preparation, human resources, and technology. He also supports capital relationship building and relationship management for new and existing equity partners. Serge brings over twenty two years of broad-based accounting experience, of which he spent the last twenty years in real estate accounting. Between his tenure with Kor and his prior employer, Casden Properties, LLC, Serge has successfully managed accounting books for over a billion dollars of various income-producing real estate properties. Serge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of California, Riverside and a Masters in Business Administration degree from California Lutheran University.

Tripp DuBois – Managing Partner, Sales & Marketing
As the managing partner of sales and marketing, Tripp is responsible for overseeing brand development, creative design, communications, sales and marketing strategy, business development and project leadership across hospitality, multi-family and residential-for-sale properties. Since joining the Kor Group in 2006, Tripp has been instrumental in the branding, positioning and marketing of over $1B in hospitality and residential assets, including 5 million square feet of mixed-use, residential and hotel space and over $1B in residential sales. Prior to joining Kor, Tripp was the Executive Managing Director with EMI Music, where he worked with lifestyle brands and acclaimed artists. Tripp received a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management.

Noah Gigliotti – Vice President, Development
As Vice President of Development Noah is responsible for leading all aspects of the development process, including entitlements, budgeting, design, construction, and operations. Upon joining KOR, Noah worked on the San Francisco Proper and has overseen the development of Downtown LA Proper from inception. Prior to joining Kor, Noah was a development manager for Tribeca Associates LLC working on numerous large scale hospitality, residential and office projects in New York City. Noah holds an MBA from Fordham University.

Matthew Green – Principal, Acquisitions & Development
As the managing partner of the Austin office, Matt sources opportunities, oversees development and asset management.  He identifies acquisitions and creates value through planning, entitlement and strategic partnerships. He has led $350MM of new development with Kor.   Prior to joining Kor, Matt was the VP of Development & Finance at Stratus Properties (STRS) where he served as an analyst, development manager and broker. There he completed over $350 million of debt and $175 million of placed equity across a variety of project types.  His development experience includes mixed-use buildings, luxury high-rise  hotel/condominium, office, retail and entertainment venues. He previously served as a legislative analyst in the Texas Senate. Matt is a Texas native and has resided in Austin since 1999. He holds a BS from the University of Texas at Austin as well as an MS in Community & Regional Planning.

Fabian Iobbi – Principal, Design & Construction
Fabian joined Kor in November 2004. His background in both residential and commercial construction soundly complements Kor’s real estate development product types. During his tenure at Kor, Fabian has been responsible for the design, entitlements and construction for ground-up development, adaptive re-use development and renovation of over 2,000 residential units with a combined value of over $500 million, 1,250 hotel units with a combined value of over $450 million and 350,000 SF of office with combined value of $60 million. In his role, he has managed budgeting, schedule, entitlements, master planning, design and construction. Prior to joining Kor, Fabian was a Project Manager for McCarthy Building Companies, managing all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, procurement, schedule, and quality control. He holds a master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from California State University.

Zachary Vourlas – Vice President, Architecture and Design 
Zachary oversees architecture and design for Kor’s residential and hospitality projects. Coordinating and managing the design, engineering, technical services and construction teams for residential and hospitality projects through all stages of development. Prior to joining Kor, Zachary worked as a Senior Architect for Herzog de Meuron, designing and managing high-end commercial and luxury residential projects. Zachary graduated from University of California at Berkeley with highest honors in Architecture from the College of Environmental Design.

Nicholas White – Principal
Nicholas oversees Kor’s capital market activities, including joint venture equity and debt. Prior to joining Kor, Nicholas was a Partner at Preferred Capital Advisors and Vice President of Finance at Palmer Investments. His responsibilities and experience include joint venture equity and debt placement, project and asset management, underwriting, and acquisitions of approximately 12,900 residential units, 3.8 million SF of office space, 1.5 million SF of retail space, 350k SF of industrial space, a golf course, and 1,500 hotel rooms. Nicholas holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of California, Davis.
