The 4.7-acre mixed-use media campus features 650,000 square feet of class A offices, indoor/outdoor collaborative spaces, walkable shopping/dining options, and classic urban living. The Kor Group partnered with Kelly Wearstler to design of the 22-story luxury residential tower which features 200 apartments, with 95 being fully furnished, extended stay branded residences. Design highlights include four penthouses with 14 foot ceilings and terraced plunge pools, a private rooftop with 360-degree views, a resort style pool and a social club, and multiple food and beverage outlets including a bar, lounge and restaurant. Proper Hospitality led the programming, design, and branding, offering a wide range of amenities that combine the warmth and comfort of home with the luxury and pedigree of a five star hotel.
