Molino Street Lofts
Kor has been a key player in the much publicized revival downtown Los Angeles, and the Molino Street Lofts, located in the now thriving Arts District, was one of the area’s first adaptive reuse projects. Kor acquired, entitled, designed, and developed the former 1920s warehouses into 91 contemporary live/work lofts that feature large open floor plans, original exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and skylights. Understanding the importance of an attractive residential amenity program, Kor built an expansive rooftop deck with a gracious pool that offers a tranquil lounging environment with stunning views of the downtown cityscape.
