Our most recent initiative has been an expansion of our offerings — widening our network in collaboration with a syndication platform to provide everyday investors access to institutional-level real estate projects traditionally reserved for only the largest investors.

Looking ahead, we see opportunity in the multi-family sector with a core focus in value-add projects. Our track record speaks for itself: We have successfully invested in, renovated, developed, and managed over 80 multi-family properties with approximately 12,000 multi-family/condo units across the U.S. — collectively generating an average internal rate of return (IRR) in excess of 30 percent.
