Santa Fe Lofts

Santa Fe Lofts is a 132-unit live/work rental project in downtown Los Angeles’ Historic Core. The project is an adaptive reuse of two former industrial buildings originally built in 1907. Kor acquired the two buildings, secured Historic Tax Credits, and completed the rehabilitation and conversion of the property. The buildings were restored to maintain the original marble and wood lobbies, tiled corridors, original office doors, windows, and transom. The buildings are listed on the California Inventory of Historic Resources and are eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places.
