Ravenswood
The Ravenswood is a historic Art Deco style 96-unit apartment building in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. It was designed by Max Maltzman, and originally built by Paramount Pictures in 1930. Kor acquired and repositioned the property with an extensive rehabilitation.
