Located on the corner of South Broadway and 11th Street, Downtown Los Angeles Proper revives a historic building that connects the booming Broadway district with the fashion district, the historic core, LA Live, and the Convention Center. The hotel features 148 guest rooms, three F&B outlets helmed by James Beard Award-winning L.A. chef Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne (Lucques, a.o.c., Tavern); an intimate library-lounge, fitness center, a city-view rooftop pool, and lounge-bar-restaurant.
