Saint Vincent
Saint Vincent is an adaptive mixed-use building totaling 19,870 square feet in the historic South Congress District of Austin, Texas. The newly constructed development is leased and features 9,060 SF of high-street retail and 10,810 SF of creative office space. Lake Flato Architects designed the building with excellent frontage on South Congress. Nationally recognized tenants include Tecovas, Madewell, Marine Layer and Garrett Leight. The office interiors were designed by Michael Hsu with balconies on each floor providing panoramic views of Downtown Austin.
