In 2002, Kor purchased the property, formerly slated to become a Four Points hotel, and initiated a complete renovation and conversion to a Sheraton in 2005.

Kor purchased the property, originally built in 1939 as the private residence of legendary actress Lillian Gish, and converted it to Maison 140 in 2001.

Kor purchased the hotel in 2002 and proceeded with renovations to bring Kor’s signature boutique hotel experience to the property.

Condominiums

Kor acquired the former warehouse in 2004 and directed the entitlement, design, and gut renovation, transforming the historic property into modern one-of-a-kind live/work spaces.

Kor was hired to upgrade selected amenities, re-brand the project, conceive an attractive sales and marketing program, conceive a targeted marketing program, lease 10,000 square feet of commercial space and manage the sales team.

Kor acquired the building in 2004 and managed the entitlement, design, historic rehabilitation, and sales and marketing of the high profile project.

In 2004, Kor acquired the tower, a one-time department store built in 1930, and managed the entitlement and careful historic rehabilitation, design and later, the sales and marketing efforts of its 143 loft residences.

Kor acquired, entitled, designed, and developed the former 1920s warehouses into 91 contemporary live/work lofts that feature large open floor plans, original exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and skylights.

Kor managed the entitlement, ground-up development, design, and sales and marketing of the 43-unit live/work condo project.
