The quintessential boutique experience in the heart of Beverly Hills, all centered around a boomerang­ shaped pool with private cabanas.

An old world hideaway in the heart of palm springs with 67 guestrooms including 13 historic one­ and two­ bedroom villas, three pools, and The Estrella Spa nestled among four acres of grounds with views of the San Jacinto Mountains.

Kor purchased the 250-room lifestyle boutique hotel in August 2017 and plans to do an extensive renovation. When completed, the hotel will solidify its position as the only full-service, independently branded lifestyle hotel between Venice and LAX.

The hotel features 135 guest rooms, three restaurants on the ground floor, and a rooftop bar and restaurant with panoramic views.

The modern seven story hotel will merge classic and contemporary design and will feature 271 guest rooms, multiple dining options, a rooftop lounge and swimming pool, 8,000 square feet of meeting and event space and 7,000 square feet of ground floor retail.

This 32-story modern high-rise will include 244 hotel rooms and a limited collection of 99 branded luxury residences and penthouses for sale.

Located on the corner of South Broadway and 11th Street, Downtown L.A. Proper will revive a historic building and feature 148 guest rooms, three F&B spaces and a rooftop pool with panoramic views.

Condominiums, Apartments and Extended Stay

The Austin Proper Residences are a limited collection of 99 residences and penthouses atop the Austin Proper Hotel in the heart of the vibrant 2nd Street District.

Commercial

Saint Vincent is an adaptive mixed-use building totaling 19,870 square feet in the historic South Congress District of Austin, Texas. The newly constructed development is leased and features 9,060 SF of high-street retail and 10,810 SF of creative office space. Lake Flato Architects designed the building with excellent frontage on South Congress. Nationally recognized tenants include Tecovas, Madewell, Marine Layer and Garrett Leight.

This 230,000 square feet Class A office is located in creative East Austin. The development consists of two four-story buildings and a parking garage on 3.4 acres. West of West and Gensler Architects are leading the design. The project partners are Goldman Sachs and Lincoln Property Company. Construction commencement slated for early 2020 and opening Summer 2021.
